The umbrella fund’s sub-fund is a separate asset owned by the investment coupon holders of the sub-fund (investors), divided into units, the value of which is payable from this asset at the request of the investor. The assets of each individual sub-fund are divided into units. The management company issues investment coupons, which are per unit, several units or part of a unit of an individual sub-fund.
