The SKB Group consists of SKB Bank and its subsidiaries SKB Leasing and SKB Leasing Select. We have been present on the Slovenian market for more than 30 years. We started in 1965 as experts in supporting the development of the housing and public sector economy. We gradually expanded and established our own business network and entered the field of universal banking with our services.

In 2001, we became part of the international banking group Société Générale and thus acquired knowledge and experience of the international environment, which we also transferred to the development of the Slovenian banking sector.

Since 2019, we have been part of the Hungarian OTP Group, which is the leading banking group in the Central Eastern European region.
