For the most frequent questions regarding statements, cards, digital banking, Flik, and information on outlet opening hours and the exchange rate, you will no longer need to wait for a free advisor:
- If you call from a landline, we will refer you to the relevant content on the website
- If you call from a mobile phone, we will send you an SMS message with a link to the desired content on the website.
The Contact centre is still available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
