If you become our client and open a personal account, which you use for your transactions, we will provide you with:

  • an individual relationship officer;
  • free of charge and automatic insurance at personal account opening;
  • free of charge use of SKB TEL answering device;
  • free of charge use of M SKB NET mobile banking;
  • possibility of arranging a meeting at an outlet by telephone – your individual relationship officer will thus be available for you on a particular date and at a particular hour.

Benefits for new clients

If you transfer your banking operations from another bank to an SKB personal account, to which you receive your regular income, you will be able to select, as a welcome, as many as two benefits from our offer:

  • 50 % discount on SPLET KOMPLET (SKB NET online bank and SKB TEL) access fee,
  • Free of charge VISA card membership fee for 6 months,
  • An interest rate higher by 0.30 percentage point for one term deposit of any maturity (the highest amount of deposited funds is 15,000 EUR).

You can select two benefits within 3 months from the opening of your personal account, to which you receive your regular monthly income.

Enter your information into the form and choose an outlet, where you wish to open your personal account. We will contact you in a few days to arrange a date of your visit.

You can also arrange a meeting at an outlet over the telephone. Every working day from 8.00 until 20.00, you can call SKB TEL and inform them about your wishes regarding the opening of a personal account or change of bank.


In order to open a personal account, you need:

  • valid personal identity document (identity card or passport);
  • tax identification number;
  • monthly bank statement of transactions and account balance, from the bank where you currently own a personal account;
  • completed Application for opening of personal account.

Opening of personal account is a requirement for starting the process of changing banks. By completing and signing the statement/application for change, which is at the same time a request for cancellation of the account at previous bank, the process of changing banks is started. Everything else required for changing banks will be arranged by your individual relationship officer.

The process of changing banks will last for a maximum of 14 working days from approval of application for change, if all the conditions for closing your account at your previous bank are fulfilled.
